Seduction Disco (Nightclub)

Not flaming a forum sponsor. Just want to give some feedback. We like the place and we are there at least once a week.

Was there last night and got the flyers. The group I was with couldn't figure out why you would be doing this promotion. Why take a more upscale disco down market? The only reason we were at seduction is because it is more on a BKK level for style.

Just fix the music. I hear the same from everyone. If the dj could play a steady beat for more than two minutes without going into a one minute break, that would help. Only let him play from the last 6-12 months, that would help.

Keep the style and don't cheapen it, but fix the music PLEASE.

It's already cheapened in a sense that most people come in beach style clothes... and attitude. Not so many dress up for the occasion because they will be going to other places in that particular night (or have already been). It's too easy to walk out the door and go elsewhere. This place would be much better off in PhuketTown, where it would be the only place one would go for the night, IMHO.

Not to knock the sponsor here either, but I've lived in beach towns all my life. Vogue just doesn't cut it.

oh noooo!!! not that tune again!!,,id love to see a new club with fresh ideas succeeding,,seduction wasnt open when i was ther 6 or so weeks ago,,although did have a talk with joe on the last day of my hols,,im looking forward to visiting the club on my next visit,,,it should be a case of(in clubland) ,,,inovate,,not imitate.they have a head start with a foreign dj,,not that im saying they are better than thai djs,,as ive worked with some pretty good guys in asia(djs)buttheir music knowledge should be better,,(foreign music)??.the music policy should be up to the dj,thats what hes paid for.if a dj has never worked in asia before this can also be a problem,but stamping his own unique style throughout his set by ways of music and mic technique is the way forward.i remember when i was working in china,,if there was a break inj the music with a long vocal,,,they just stopped dancing and looked at you,,,lesson 1,,dont play tunes with breaks!!everynight in clubland is a learning curve.your only as good(or not) as your last night,,my 5 setangs,,,

Music deffo seems to be an issue. That's a few of us now who have commented that it is 'all over the place' stylisticly. Either go in one direction or have different nights with different music.

Some name farang DJs would certainly get the place going.

I'm thinking sequins here..........maybe a sequined thong and maybe a big zebra skin hat like Boy George! Mirror shades, yes, deffo mirror shades. I've remembered some cassettes I recorded straight from the transistor when Tony Blackburn was on Radio One. Man, it's goin' to be jumpin' in Seduction when I hit the cassette decks.........Far out!

So 80 mil balooned from a more realistic 30 mil (where did the 80 mil number come from??????? ) I was there with Nicke and saw you with 'IL' complete with hat etc - you both looked fairly intoxicated from the observer point of view - no podium but you did have a corner all to yourselves.

Would never fly in town. Without a live band as well as a dj you are toast. Plust they need the tall tables for thier wiskey bottles.

Phuket is going more upmarket. People are dressed better at banana. The locals at seduction are generally dress at the right level. just the tourists really stand out more. I'm guessing they got the free flyer and then were surprised at how nice it is.

thats it really - i would rather they booked DJs who play a certain style already and don't need to 'read the crowd' like wedding party DJ.

I was just hoping for something with some direction- we already have Banana/Taipan and Tiger playing from virtually the same music box with only Baya being a little better.
