...A lot of people don't even go there at all, because they think it's just for mongering in go-gos or worse that it's haven for nonces to pick up kids. I'm trying to explode the myth. I hate the mongering scene...
I love going to a club, have a dance to some quality house music, not one hip-hop tune, then Akon, then 1-2-3-4 Uno-Dos-Tres-Quattro, more Akon, then a house track, a Thai song and then Akon, ha-ha-ha!!!
Everytime in Tiger and Hollywood I hear the same-same song 10 times a night, so annoying.
Then knowing 110% I'm gonna pick-up later and pay 1000bht tops and I don't have to sweat at all. I'll always take the path of least resistance. There's good clubs in Patts and a great FL scene and girl to guy ratio is miles better. I know, if I arrive in Hollywood a minute after 2am, me and my mate are gonna be shouting "No Way" as we see yet another stunning girl with a plum in singha vest and flip-flops and looking like desperados as we do laps sharking. It's all about timing here, for sure...
Had a brilliant night people watching last night, as I decided to not drink at all. Watching 5 drunk guys chase after 1 girl who is already with somebody was bloody hilarious, until I realised that was me a couple of nights before, ha-ha-ha!!!

I don't know if it's just me ........ but as far as the girls go, I have only ever negotiated once in my life!! (unsuccessfully btw!!)
It has always been a very firm "yes" to the 1k I have always offered or an equally firm "NO"!!
The only time I tried to negotiate was when I spent a night at the same bar, having a great time with all the girls, sharing a joke and a laugh. I was not even really in the market for a girl that night.
Anyway, during a particularly fun time, the most professional girl in the place yells at the top of her voice " I want to go with you"!! Great for my ego but I thought I would let it slide for a while.
Come to the end of the night, I go up to her and ask if she wants to go with me??
"Sure, she says....1500bt" Just to see if she meant what she yelled earlier, I offered my usual 1K........end of discussion!!!

Taipan definitely older ladies...but I had one girl tell me that the reason why a lot of ladies (young and old) like going to Taipan for the older guys is because its easy money...in other words...the older guys more often than not always have the money and usually give the girls what their asking without any negotiating...but more important...the girls usually don't have to work as hard once they get back to the room

how is anyone being exploited paying what they want?
i usually paid 1500 but never discussed $$$$, so felt giving 1500 although i think 1k would do for them
me personally, i felt that the job they do was worth more than 1k for a night
but i don't fault anyone that pays 1k either

I am sure most people would have no real problem picking up whom they want around this ball park figure for a nice looking FL in a nightclub...but at the end of the day its always about attitude and sanuk....calm down a bit, have some fun, buy a few drinks and enjoy yourself first...the rest just happens

Totally agree. If you don't like the look of a thread, don't get involved. If you end up in a thread that doesn't do it for you, click the [Back] button and move on.
Let people ask what they want as many times as they want. There will always be people that want to answer the questions and discuss "old" topics. I would much rather log into the forum and see some topic recycling than nothing other than a "Happy Birthday" thread!
